The Joe Alter Dance Group is the base for works produced by choreographer Joe Alter. The Hybrid Authorship Project is a collaborative, project based theater which explores and examines thought through movement, text, and images. Collaborators from various disciplines combine their areas of expertise and interest: where these intersect, we begin. Our most recent work: “If it’s Not One Thing...” was recently performed at the IV annual Contemporary Dance Conference and Performance Festival in Bytom, Poland. Joe Alter will be returning to the creative process with a new work in Spring of 2009.
